What can I expect after booking?
You will receive an email confirming the details of the course you are booked onto. Please look out for the email, which may be in your 'junk' folder. If this is the case, please change your settings so that your email system knows that What's On is not 'junk' email!
Add the date of your course to your diary and calendar so that you don't forget. We may contact you again with a reminder, especially if places for courses are in short supply.
If for any reason you cannot attend the course you have booked, we would appreciate if you could let us know so that the place(s) can be offered to someone else. It is not good use of the midwife's time if there are empty chairs at an antenatal class.
I haven't received a confirmation email
Please check your 'junk' email as the confirmation often lands there.
If you still can't find the email, try 'request reminder' as this will send a duplicate email
if you still don't receive an email and you are sure you booked on, text us and we will look into it for you.
There are no sessions available on the course I want to join
In future we will upload courses 3 months in advance, so courses taking place in January will be uploaded in October.
If there are no sessions available, it could be that all sessions are fully booked. We may add further sessions if demand exists.
Some of the courses displayed are advertisements for courses run by partner agencies, in which case it should give details of how you can book on the specific course.
Do you offer Hypnobirthing?
At the moment we are not able to offer hypnobirthing sessions, therefore you might wish to find a private course? You can access some free Hypnobirthing resources which are advertised on our What's On page, which should let you sample what hypnobirthing is all about!
We will advertise on the page and on our Better Births at Calderdale and Huddersfield Facebook page if and when we can offer new courses.

If you can’t find the dates or courses that you want or you’re having difficulties using the online system please contact: email@example.com. Please check your inbox, junk, and spam for your confirmation emails. If you haven’t received your confirmation email you can get it resend here.
If you need to cancel your course please use the link in your confirmation email.
