Twins and Multiples!

The Twins & Multiples course will be offered as a full day session, providing an opportunity to meet other parents who are expecting more than one baby and find out about issues and further support specific to twins and multiples.
- Twins explained, birth choices, staying healthy in pregnancy.
- Birthing twins, what happens at a C-section, coping with labour, pain relief.
- Nurturing and feeding your babies, safe sleeping, premature babies, support after you take babies home.
Please bring a picnic lunch!
